It Takes More than Soap & Warm Water


A survey on hand hygiene was conducted in October 2022 with shocking results. The survey found that only 82% of Australians wash their hands after going to the toilet and only 53% wash their hands before touching food. In both cases the results were worse than the same survey that was conducted a year earlier. So, clearly more needs to be done.

This Mini-Course offers a step in the right direction and is suitable for everyone involved in handling food be that in childcare, aged care or a food service business.

The training content was developed in accordance with:
