The Course is self-paced, can be accessed 24/7 and takes around 1 and 1/2 hours to complete. Each Chapter comes with a FREE Fact Sheet for students to download and keep. The Course includes practical examples and ends with an on-the-job coaching Lesson delivered by the students line manager.

Once enrolled, students have 60 days to complete their learning and they receive an Official Certificate of Completion.
