Working with Food Safety Programs
Childcare, Aged Care and Catering firms with a food business license are more often than not, also required to have an accredited Food Safety Program (Standard 3.2.1 of the Food Standards Code).
Preparing a Food Safety Program is one thing, putting it into practice is another. To achieve this and avoid a poor audit report, your staff need to have a proper understanding of food safety programs - what they are and why they're so important. They also need to know what their responsibilities are and what's expected of them. Sitting down with each member of staff to do this takes up valuable time.
That's why we developed a Course to do this for you. In less than 90 minutes, they'll learn all about HACCP and gain the knowledge and skills they need to meet their responsibilities.
This Course is self-paced and can be accessed 24/7. Each Chapter comes with a FREE Fact Sheet to download and keep.
As well as knowledge, students learn how to apply it with templates, step-by-step guides and on-the-job coaching.
Once enrolled, students have 60 days to complete their learning and at the end they receive an Official Certificate of Completion.
